Italian cooking workshop in Amsterdam
Like the Italians, we have a great passion for food and good ingredients. Our aim is to pass this love of food onto our guests.
Antipasti
- Grilled medaillon of polenta, with pesto and mushrooms
- Bruschetta with roasted eggplant, served with mint
- Vitello tonnato, veal with a tuna-capres sauce
Main course
- Rotolo, freshmade pasta roll, filled with spinach, sundried tomatoes and ricotta
- Involtini de saltimbocca, rolls of beef with proscuitto, cheese and sage
- Fennel and orange salad
- Foccacia with rosemary and sea salt
- Grilled seasonal vegetables

- Tiramisu
