Italian cooking workshop in Amsterdam

Like the Italians, we have a great passion for food and good ingredients. Our aim is to pass this love of food onto our guests.

Antipasti

  • Grilled medaillon of polenta, with pesto and mushrooms
  • Bruschetta with roasted eggplant, served with mint
  • Vitello tonnato, veal with a tuna-capres sauce

Main course

  • Rotolo, freshmade pasta roll, filled with spinach, sundried tomatoes and ricotta
  • Involtini de saltimbocca, rolls of beef with proscuitto, cheese and sage
  • Fennel and orange salad
  • Foccacia with rosemary and sea salt
  • Grilled seasonal vegetables

Desert

  • Tiramisu
  • Sorbet icecream of orange
  • Tuiles, thin cookie with mint
