In this cooking workshop in Amsterdam, we will take you on a journey through South India, where you will get to experience the enchanting and diverse dishes of this region. Smell, taste, and cook with typical Indian flavours such as cumin, turmeric, and cardamom. The dishes are flavourful but not overly spicy.

The menu provided on this page serves as an example. The dishes in the Indian cooking workshop will be adjusted based on the season, the size of the group, and participants’ dietary preferences. The appetizers will be served during cooking.

The 3-course menu can be extended with an additional course. These 4 courses will be beautifully plated by the participants. The beverage package (including all drinks consumed during cooking and dining) includes water, lemonade, juices, soft drinks, beer (including alcohol free ones), and wine (white, red, rosé). Within the premium beverage package, wines will be specially selected to complement each course.
