  • Chilled cucumber soup with tarragon and Dutch shrimps

Main course à € 21,50

Hot dishes

  • Roast lamb with summer vegetables
  • Quiche of asparagus and hazelnuts

Cold dishes

  • Salad of baby potatoes and chive
  • Mix of Dutch lettuce, broad beans and mint oil

Desert à € 3,75

  • Creamy curd of sheep yogurt and freshly picked strawberries
  • Soufflé of rhubarb
  • Raspberry ice cream sorbet

Grand desert (combination of above deserts) € 6,50.

Of course we can adjust the menu to any diet wishes you may have.
