Cooking with 1,5 meter distance

We are very happy that we can receive guests in our cooking studio in Amsterdam Houthavens again! At this moment it is really nice to be able to do fun things together again. We have taken the necessary measures to ensure that attending our workshops is safe for everyone.

Which measures are being taken?

We follow the guidelines of the RIVM.

Symptom inquiry upon entry.
Before entering, we inquire the guests about possible corona symptoms. Per usual, guests can only enter the studio with a reservation.

Washing hands.
Upon phased entry, guests are required to wash and disinfect their hands. Also during cooking and before and after dinner we will frequently ask the guests to wash their hands.

1.5-metre distance.
We keep the 1.5 meters distance during cooking and eating. We assist you in keeping this distance with markings on the ground.

Toilet use
Guests wash their hands before and after visiting the toilet. We will clean the toilets often.

Use plastic gloves.
We are more in favor of washing hands than wearing plastic gloves, so this will always be a supplement to hand washing. We do always have them available for guests who want to use them.

Online workshops
Do you still prefer to partake in a cooking workshop from your own home? That is also possible! Visit chefsonline to and fill in the contact form to arrange an online cookingworkshop over a video stream, with support by a professional chef.
