In this Arab cooking workshop we prepare dishes from the world of “Thousand and One Nights.” The rich flavors and the delicious herbal use of fresh coriander, mint and parsley characterizes this particular kitchen. We prepare various mezzes such as mousse of smoked eggplant, fried briquedeeg with harissasaus. We will make tagine of chicken and pickled lemon and Lebanese bread with za’atar and with a delicious Arabic dessert we finish the dinner.
